Heal the Bay Field Trip & Mario's Birthday April 20th!

We celebrated Mario's birthday with his brother Eddie and some great CLF kids a few weeks ago, after a truly GREAT day at the Santa Monica Pier Beach for Heal the Bay's "Nothin' But Sand!" Beach Clean-Up Day! This was the CLF's contribution to Earth Day-2013! At the Beach, we were given trash bags and rubber gloves, and got busy with hundreds of other HTB volunteers- picking up trash, litter , cigarette butts- all of that nasty junk that can work its way into the beautiful Pacific Ocean! Great job, guys...:)
