It's Happening! Camp for All Begins...

WOW!! CLF just had one of the very BEST first days of Wilderness Camp for All EVER! With 55 wonderful campers from our beloved community partners at LA’s BEST The Children’s Lifesaving Foundation had a magnificent day of hiking with pro naturalist “Tracker Rob” Remedi , to participating in an inspiring meditation and ‘Dream Board’ Workshop with awesome breath work facilitator Kristi Locks, to doing and creating fun camp art projects with our great counselors and Art Lead Instructor Macario, and truly fab community partners like Lola from Create Now Arts and let’s not forget about an incredible animal education workshop- WITH REAL, LIVE ANIMALS ALL THE CAMPERS GOT TO SEE UP CLOSE & TOUCH (!) with Mark from the Critter Squad! ) to a yummy lunch and an all around spectacular day!! (Which included dance contests and drum circles!) our dear friends at GoodRX even donated cool drawstring camp bags with water bottles, hand sanitizer and sunscreen for our adventurous campers! CLF hopes to cram as much fun, enrichment and inspiration into one day as humanly possible-and we are so grateful to all of YOU, who, once again, have made this work possible for us this summer…
